Poor and dismissive customer service. Also not enough staff, waited a half hour before the concierge spoke to me. Answering the response below, I had my paperwork in hand from the Saudi government health authorities stating that I was vaccinated and my overall health status was approved. I even called Tawakalna and they said that legally I'm allowed to enter the hotel with my documentation. You left me on the street in a country I am not from with my suitcases from the airport. This is extremely unprofessional and not a way to treat international travelers visiting your country.

Stayed for 1 night, they upgraded me to a suite. - Clean rooms and bathrooms although the bed sheets are not as clean as they should be (spotted small stains) I suggest you bring your own sheet cover. - Location is nice Nearby mall and stores. - $$$ Pricey laundry service although there is a washing machine and an iron in your suite. - Free wifi and good connectivity and good speed. Overall would recommend.
