OYO 528 Masaya Furnished Apartments

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Our booking via Agoda didn't match the requirements when we checked the room at the destination.The expat receptionist at the hotel was very rude & began arguing when we showed our booking.He was not helpful & also had an assistant to join his rant. We didn't have to travel over hundreds of kilometres to listen to his despicable exchange after paying for it in advance.The other guy was even worse than the receptionist.In the end, we had find another hotel .

Tried to book a stay here but unfortunately when we reached the area there was no reception and the lobby area was very dirty and old so rather than waiting for the staff we just left the hotel...

I am stayinghere my company send me here but agent take us to another hotal.When we see the name of hotal we refuse tostay there after a few minut an arabic man came there and ask us why you are refusing to stay here.Me and my otherfelows ask him that this is not our hotal which is shown in our papers.Then he call another guy to comeover the hotal other guy comeover there and take us with him to Masaya hoyale.frist day they give us indian food then we complain him that w are pakistani we dont like this food .We need daal chapati.After our complain one day he give us same pakistani food after again he chang our food 2 paratha and indian daal again.Resaption also not giving us any response .When we call them they are not picking up our call.when they bring food they are not serving on our door they throw in the tv room and call take your food broach. Now tell me how can i say this hotal is good ,very good or excilent
