Nice place and good staff.

Eventhos I've reserve the room while I was entering to hotel due to language barrier receptionist was mentioned there is no room. By the time someone vacant and they have arranged the room without even basic tool kits in a room. Which is dentalkit, washroom towels. After I've requested again, I got to know that they don't have towels and one of the staff mentioned that they will arrange tomorrow morning but disappointment and the same time where I stayed room wifi is not stayable at all. Overall experience quite bad with the facities.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Very quiet and clean. AlShatea Mall and Carrefour are just a six minute walk from the hotel. The corniche is also not too far from the location. We spent five nights, and we would book again in the future. However, breakfast was not as expected. It's not a buffet. We were served the available options (boiled eggs, cheese, olives..etc), and they would prepare other breakfast options upon request (shakshouka, foul..etc). They weren't clear about their breakfast, though. I'd prefer a breakfast buffet, but overall it was a great experience. Thank you Reef AlSharqiyah. :)
