This hotel was super good. It has good amenities to offer. Huge gym and spacious prayer room. Shuttle bus comes every 30 mins which is kind of a bummer had to wait a while sometimes. Had a small issue with the usb ports in the hotel they wouldn’t charge any of my devices which sucked luckily I had a power bank. The room itself was good not too spacious but okay sized for 2 people. Also had a good view.

Prime location, good rooms, good service, rooms could be more spacious. The kit for tooth-brush/combs should be readily available which is missing here. Poor room service (Hard to reach by phone and they are not very professional at English) Very good Prayer Hall for Namaz & Azhkar

Spacious, new rooms, nice view. Breakfast was great. It should be a 5 ⭐️ but some negatives during check-in. - the check-in take a very long time. We were very tired and just want to check-in. - they gave us 2 rooms in separate buildings which was not fair as I have booked online a long time before date of arrival and I have already raise a request during booking.

We stayed here for a total of five nights starting New Years day 2023. We had an overall OK experience here, but for the price they are severely lacking some quality control and servicing issues. Here are some things that are good about this hotel: 1. Location: it is located away from the crazy traffic off the vicinity of Al Haram but still near all the places of interest. 2. Definitely a new building with a , Good layout& architecture and an excellent breakfast. The manager who is in charge of running the breakfast deserves a lot of praise for running a tight ship. Here are some of the things that are definitely needed for improvement: 1. The front desk is very slow to response. We had to call around four times and finally had to go downstairs and had to speak in to someone in person to get any service for our room. It took around two hours for something that should have been taken care off within 15 minutes. 2. The moment we entered our room, it had a very bad odor coming from the toilet and the sink. For a fairly new building we were all very surprised that the plumbing was done so poorly. 3. We ordered a chicken sandwich from the room service on our last day of our trip and received a sandwich that had went bad already. I wouldn’t be surprised if people got food poisoning. Quality control needed. 4. This hotel is lacking quality control which lead to some instances of bad customer service, and unhygienic food. Future customers would probably have better service and experience if these things were addressed and implemented.

I would give it three stars only. Since the place is new, room are good, reception stuff are nice and helpful,,, But breakfast is not good. Shuffle service from and to Al Haram is really bad, not on time, sometime they did not come, and only one bus every two hours, beside the passengers has to stand most of the time which is really risky. Even when we call the hotel regarding this delay, no response Beside even to go out uber and other taxi will not come, they will cancel your request, Sorry but l will not recommend it for a family or a friend
