This hotel has a great location. It is right next to Lulu supermarket and the beach is just a few minutes walk away.

The hotel is very well maintained, all staff can speak english... there is kids play area which can be monitor through your room TV... however i feel there is possibility they can make breakfast with more food options...

The worst experience I’ve ever had form many wise : 1- the automatic door in the entrance was will hit me hardly. 2- there is no response from room service. 3- the Ac not working well 4- there is no respecting for smokers to specify rooms for them. Mainly the customer experience was AWFUL!!!!

Decoration and structure very good, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast well varied. only complaint is about the buffet. basically made for indians daily. always rice chicken and a simple salad, I saw many times more options of salad and salty food at breakfast than at lunch. I have been to many hotels far below this one but with a much better buffet. however anyway the food is good and tasty and the cooks very friendly, the menu does not have many choices of food, and is basically snacks. but very well made and well served. apart from the buffet I had a great experience
