The staff here are picked carefully as they are extremely polite, attentive and will go above and beyond to make sure that you have an exceptional experience. The amenities are great. The Spa here is something else. The restaurant and the food here are top notch. Strategic location in middle of best spot in Riyadh, walkable distance from great restaurants and coffee shops. Best hotel in Riyadh hands down.

Amazing service with lots of luxury. The rooms were nice and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The breakfast buffet was amazing with hundreds of options to chose from . Hundreds !! No joke ! My choice 💋👌🏼

Very poor service, got to wait more than 30 minutes to get the car to the entrance door. Would rather have parked it my-self than spend this wait time! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL.

First and foremost, the service at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff members were incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The level of professionalism and genuine care displayed by the hotel staff was truly commendable.
