Very friendly staff, great villas, and clean, a bit pricey. I only have one concern, I forgot my hair shampoo and body gel which was made only for my health condition, I contacted them several times, they informed me that there was nothing at the villa. Hopefully the management sees my comment and do a deep searching. This shampoos coat a lot of money. Thanks

Hotel service at the front desk was good but the restaurant waiters were really excellent! They were always attentive and hospitable with a good sense of humor. Shaman and Ali were the best of them from our experience. Both have a true service attitude and weren’t lazy like so many waiters in the gulf. Shakir displayed a similar ethic and positive service oriented attitude.
