Mora Hotel

· Breakfast - The very basic breakfast didn't even provide proper hot beverages or cutlery. Supposed to be a roof top "high end' restaurant, but coffee was Nescafe sachets served in paper cups. no metal cutlery- only plastic spoons and forks. Rooms - didn't looks very clean. the bedsheets barely covered the beds. Even the toilet was poorly maintained and we were not provided with any towels, until you called the reception and asked for it. Staff - Very grumpy and unfriendly looking staff. Not a smile or welcoming look in sight. I was also very rudely woken at 5AM (even though I has a Do Not Disturb sign on my door, by a staff who shoved towels at me, even though I never asked for any. He wasn't even apologetic. Just shoved the towels at me - not the best way to be woken up- especially at FIVE AM !!! Overall - Not at all up to any star standard. very very disappointed

It was bad. The room serves was too bad. I don’t advise any one to book in this hotel. Also, smoking is around you everywhere!! In addition, they didn’t book their offer price for us! We paid the whole price while they had offers! It was a terrible experience.

Love the place, open buffet for only Sr65.

Room was not clean, The room was very dark and smelling smoke. As well the front desk gentleman must have had a problem because he was complaining and was not helpful. Had to change and go to somewhere else.
