Good location on Prince Turki Bin Abdul Aziz, St Corniche, Khobar. It is 10 story hotel with nice restaurant located on the 10th floor overlooking the beach. Spacious suites with reasonable comfortable classic furniture. Clean and well serviced. Fast check in and checkout.

Our stay was not comfortable for two reasons. In the night till about 2AM there was continuous loud noise coming from music somewhere. When I asked reception, I was told it is due to wedding and will stop at 12. At 130AM when noise was still coming, one guy called Muzahid at reception simply said he cant do anything. As a result till about 230 AM none of us could sleep including my 88 year old mother. Terrible experience. Second reason is poor maintenance. In none if the two bathrooms, shower tub was not draining and water backed up. At SAR750 per night I expected a better stay.

Hotel amenities were not good. Also they kept my passport with them while check in and didn't gave back until I check out even after asking.

House keeping to fix broken fridge called 2 times, simply not showed up.... My laundry "same day express" took 2 days, but they charged me 127 Rials (~34€). Next day they fixed my fridge. I had to leave at 5:15AM so I ordered a breakfastbox for 5AM, but guess what, i didnt show up till I left. No second roll of toilett paper, so when the first one is empty?! Last they the roomservice took my large towel and didnt leave a new one... Hotel is clean, but old, therefore you have multiple stains in the carpet, and walls in the room (at least my room) and the facility are partly very worn of... 5 * Hotel? Not in my opinion...
