The reception staff at the hotel are exceptionally pleasant. They go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and attended to. Moreover, the hotel's team members are not only professional but also friendly and approachable. They are always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making the stay even more comfortable. However, while the service and hospitality provided by the staff members are commendable, there is one aspect that falls short of expectations: the breakfast buffet. The options available are extremely limited and do not align with the exceptional quality of the other services provided. It would be great if the hotel could enhance the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings to match the overall level of service provided throughout the establishment.

Honestly the hotel was much better than I was expecting. The rooms are recently renovated and well done. The staff is very polite. The hotel location is easy to access but a bit out of the city so make sure you have your own car. The gym is nice and also the pool. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Super comfy beds. Slept in the night like a child. Beautiful hotel and decked up gym. Also provided me a late checkout. Couldn’t have asked for more. Maybe the rooms facing the road can be avoided if possible

Stayed there a few nights. Lovely ambience, Cleaniness, Indoor and Outdoor dining, Good Staff and very helpful. They have airport pick up and drop off available on request too. The only thing i was a bit disappointed about is the viraety of food in breakfast.

Great and comfortable experience. Hotel staff was also very proactive and helpful. The thing which needs to be changed is that dinner buffet is the only option there and can't order a separate dish unlike other hotels. Hotel heater wasn't that effective but the room was really nice, neat and somewhat comfortable I will recommend a stay there as it's an overall good experience. The best thing about the hotel is its welcoming location, opposite to SABIC building.
