That was a very good hotel & place, & the service its too much excellent. All employee is sensitive for guest, the manager talking awsome & he have good communication for guest. This hotel food is so testy. i am so happy for this hotel. It's a best hotel in Riyadh.

The rooms arebcozy and hospitality are very friendly but need to improve e the GYM and the lobby coffee... Also WiFi connection need to be fixed is not stable at all Generally the hotel is very convenient and quiet. Also the staff are so friendly

It was a great experience but it could be better, if there was a spa and a taxi request service.

The room was amazing, the bed was really comfortable. The staff was very cooperative and it was at a walking distance to Garnada mall (carefour). The only issue I see is that the lightening in the room is a bit dim and the Internet causes bit of a problem if you see not close to the router. Otherwise what an amazing stay it was and the manager is an amazing guy too.

Don't get deceived by the Booking.com reviews like me. Experience is awful. It's like travelling back in time: not able to pay online, not able to amend your online booking, clueless about the industry standards. Lobby is ok
