My experience in this hotel is 0/10. This is nothing compared to a 5star hotel. The hotel is extremely dirtyyyyyy. It’s smells so bad. The bathroom smells so bad even before we used it, the furnitures are so old and the mattress is so uncomfortable the buffet is not even worth it, there isn’t enough variety of food they don’t even have enough cutleries for every table the curtains in the room are not even good enough the lighting is not so bright the lifts are faulty this hotel needs serious maintenance it doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave.

Elevator is very bad Despite the outstanding service provided by the staff, my overall experience at the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, with cleanliness issues and outdated facilities. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and of mediocre quality. Despite the impeccable service from the staff, I would not recommend this hotel due to its numerous shortcomings.

Worst place on the face of this world. I don't know how this place is not shutdown yet. Whoever runs this place needs to change it asap or else no business will come. Very old and rundown. No iron in the room, no facecloth, no iron board. Workers don't answer and aren't nice at all. It's old and dirty. Breakfast is very limited and don't taste good.

Worst hotel experience ever. The word hygiene is an alien concept for the workers and management of this hotel. I just hade breakfast once there and prayed not to get sick. I am not sure, if rooms get cleaned after check out of guests, as our bed sheets were dirty when we checked in. On top of that the distance to Kaaba was a difficult 15 min walk through dirtiest streets. Please avoid this hotel for your own sanity!

Infinity Hotel is a five star hotel in Makkah. It is a great and very convenient hotel. It’s a minute walk from the bus station and 2 km from Masjid Al Haram. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, and safes. The staff are nice, you may need to stay a little patient with them due to the high level of customers. The price is reasonable. Infinity Hotel is probably the best option. There are wonderful rooms and many enormous beautiful lobbies ( sitting areas ). Other amenities include a business center, 2 restaurants and 2 meeting rooms.
