Long time for check in, room was dirty, when checked in the room hasnt been cleaned up yet. Slow service, location was also far. Didnt give pleasant experience

What a lovely hotel we stay 10 days and we enjoy staff was friendly And Restaurant our eftar, suhoor was very good the team in restaurant always smiling and friendly and help full thank u everyone we come again soon

The hotel is not an Accor hotel. The staff is not how the Accor hotel staff is supposed to be, rooms are super super super dirty and with marks on carpet and toilets. Lost hours in complaining but they gave another room to move which was absolutely similar with red and yellow marks everywhere inside. The hotel has been shutdown for 3 years and recently opened. It’s not in a condition to live at all. I booked 4 nights with them and checked out after one night as I could not take the stress of living inside this place. Please choose any other hotel you like but save yourself from this place. I stayed for 1 night on 25 march 2023 Kindly see photos. Thanks Ahmad.

Rooms are beautiful but the service is soooooo baddddddd. Never experience such a slow and bad service. When we need something for the room we have to ask 5 or 6 times. And the room wasnt cleaned. Service is really bad

Was there for interview, but people only speak in Arabic so it turnout to be a useless visit
