Budget hotel and value for money. Room was stylish and beautiful but was bit smaller in size. Lighting was very dim for regulr wrk Hotel staff was not really helpful apart of house keeping bengali staff Shuttle bus fixed timing is not very helpful as the gap is atleast of 1 hour further the drop off point is very far from haram. Overall if u are going specifically for umra purpose, this hotel is not suitable

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in March 2018. Positives: Respectful reception staff. Rooms were fine. Breakfast good. Location is good. Shuttle to haram available. Good value for money. Areas for improvement: Maintenance and Housekeeping need substantial improvement. Safe box in room was not functional. The Electric kettle was not working. Despite repeated requests, Do Not Disturb tag was not provided so we could hang on the door. House keeping very slow to respond. Room was not cleaned during our stay. With some focus on the areas for improvement, this is a good facility.
