Rooms are comfortable but don’t expect the carpets or the washroom to be clean. But, would serve the purpose if your motive of visit is Pilgrimage. Cost effective accommodation with free shuttle service to the Haram around the clock which is gold. Less restaurants around and mostly closed during the day. Receptionist are very slow to check you in hence expect a delay. The room boys/cleaners are very helpful though.

Good rooms and location in this rent. Nice value of money. The only problem is that the free shuttle service leaves you in Haram parking area from where you have to walk for almost 1.2km to enter mosque from main gates

Decent 3 star hotel. Pleasant receptionists. Rooms were pretty neat and clean but felt bit congested maybe it was because I had booked a single bedroom. Locker was available. Other amenities included was a small wardrobe, water heater, small fridge, tv etc. No prayer mats, no iron box or the table, no dental kit. Pre-filled shampoos/shower gel was available. Room service guys were very friendly.

I'd say everything is good except location. Far from Haram, can't walk it as they have tunnel in between, so it costs 20 to 30 Rial if you take taxi or you can use their shuttle service but they have specific times. Also, there is no restaurant nearby.

Nice place to stay, a cut above the usual run down old hotel, great looks, well appointed rooms just a bit more care needed Next to no shops or restaurants around
