Stayed for a night. Shuttle service and location is good. Breakfast buffet was average. Room was neat and clean but bathroom was very stinky! Could have done better to keep the room in pleasant odour.

During my nearly week-long stay at the hotel, I was initially attracted by its good price and its close location to the haram, surrounded by peaceful surroundings with no other hotels nearby. However, I faced several problems. When I arrived, I took a photo of the bus schedule, but later found out it had changed without warning. This left me waiting at the bus station for almost an hour and a half. The hotel staff blamed us for not checking the schedule repeatedly. The room wasn't very clean; they only tidied up the bed and bathroom, while the floors looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. The door lock kept running out of battery, so I had to call reception for help multiple times. Unfortunately, there weren't any restaurants nearby, so I had to order food delivery for all my meals. And the laundry service charged a lot—29 SAR just to wash my haram clothes.

“Has to be improved ” As it’s quite far from the Haram, the shuttle bus has to be more frequent, specially on high season like this days. Cleanliness is not as it should be, though it has modern new furniture! You have to ask the reception several times till they send you a request! Anyway it was good but not as expected

Where am i gonna start. Room size good but from carpet and sofa stains. The service is really poor. They dont even hover hall way and rooms. We were 3 ppl in one room, they only provide 2 towels and one toilet rool. Reception dont answer the phone if they answer you ask for toilet paper they said will provide it but you not gonna get it until next day. Bus shuttle is okey. Only one bus for whole hoyel. Every time was on time. Busy time 10 -15 min delay. I satyed in Ibis in Europe and dubai and london All they are 3* service but this one not even ** star.. If think you can manage then ok.

Room was clean but too small for a family of three. Cramped for space. There is not a whole lot of walking space inside the room. Shuttle service was good. Restaurant service was pathetic, I ordered for an omelette and I even reminded the service person two times but he didn’t respond. He said that he forgot even though the restaurant was not that crowded. Management need to look into this one.
