For a 3 stars hotel it does very well the job. Room is spacious and there is american/canadian electric plug, no Iron in the room, you should ask, and during rush hour it is better to walk to the main street to get uber. Overall nice experience

Worst hotel in Riyadh. I don’t recommend it. My plan was to stay for 3 days but I changed my mind when the female receptionist treated me in a rude way. When I asked her to see the manager, she laughed and said he is has day off , the forced me to leave with saying bad words. I’ve never seen a receptionist like her. Shame on the manager. You better select good staff who deserve this position before you put the in front of the customer.

Had a great time here, stayed 1 night - they assisted by letting me have a late checkout (around 4) which was perfect as my flight was around 7:30. There is construction around the area that starts at 7 am so keep that in mind. Otherwise can’t go wrong with this.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. The room facilities are good, but despite booking for two people, all the amenities are only suitable for one person. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
