Excellent ✅✅✅??? Long post ahead! We just recently been there and this is the best hotel I’ve experience starting from the warm attitude of the staffs. The purpose of our stay was to celebrate my friend’s birthday ??. I was looking for a pool that accessible for ladies. And this was the hotel that I can say answered my inquiries professionally. They gave me all of the options based on the standards of the cultural diversity of the country. Thank you Mr. Mohammed the receptionists on that day, he assisted us and he welcomed us for doing the early checkin, **Early checkin Coz we need to do some decors for the surprise** He welcomed us and explained to me properly the rules and the conditions during our stay. The ambiance in the lobby was so hotel friendly and luxurious in the eyes! Like you would want to gazed more and be curious. Me and my friends enjoyed the glasses as we really like to take lots of selfies. ???. The room was perfect! The moment we stepped foot I told my friend can I live here forever!? ??? kidding! But i swear all the things was so elegant, CLEAN. The standard of the materials they used was really beautiful. The only thing we weren’t enjoy was the soundproof thing. And we want to apologize for the excessive sound we did. We weren’t informed that it was not soundproof and we were so loud. I know it was so hurtful in the ears. I hope the company didn’t get any complaints because of us. But still again, the staff who caught our attention was so polite and respectful! ???????? The buffet was the yummiest food i had in the kingdom. My friends stayed there for 3hours to savor the fresh foods. The breads and pastries was so good and i had to get back 4times just for me to satisfy my tummy. I love the breads. Thank u to that 2 staffs who helped us and greeted us warmly. Especially Allin. Overall i can recommend this hotel for being the best of the best! Thats why its 5star hotel.

Friendly and customer centric staff at restaurant. Very good room service. I met Habib and Mukhtar from the housekeeping team. Both were very cordial and did a great job. Good place to stay if you are in Riyadh. Thanks.

It was great time and service I got it in 9 day. All staff were kind and helpful. I like the food was great test all staff keep checking our requirements. I would like to thankful Mr. Ali, Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Koloud for there support.

I spent 8 nights to attend a workshop held in this cute and small hotel in the heart of Riyadh. It is a wonderful hotel, I felt that I am in Europe as It was inspiring with good vibes, clean , friendly staff , helpful and great service and food. I felt home as It was very comfortable and safe for my daughter that came with me with lots of restaurants and attractions near by . Wonderful choice for corporate meeting or even relaxing stay in Riyadh. Thank you to the manager and all staff for giving us this beautiful customer experience .

Great hotel with professional staff but some moderate level management still finds it difficult to understand English(usually the ones taking rounds in black suits). Secondly the housekeeping staff is very responsive and cooperative. A guy named IZZAT was a significant contributor in making my stay much comfortable by ensuring top notch hygiene and timely cleaning. Overall a very good hotel for the elite tourists usually busy with meetings and clients and also, for corporate individuals.
