Location, horrible, services, horrible, rooms, bare minimum. Avoid this hotel at all costs. For the price you pay, you will get highly dissapointed. The hotel claims to provide free transportation to the haram via bus, however don’t be fooled. This service is near impossible to use. I had to use a taxi to go back to the hotel as this was my only chance in making it back, which costed another couple hundred sar. Do not waste your time or money going to this place. Burning your money might be more reasonable.

Room too small -Jump Beds -Curtain are faulty sun light not covering -No self cleaning. -Water comes out from shower cabin to whole washroom after every single bath. -Poor Shuttle services with low quality buses (air conditioning not working properly) No pickup guide from Haram. No team. You can find your bus in sea of buses . During Ramadan hotel is fully packed but they can’t extend their services. Prayer Area is Excellent Imam voice is good Praying area cleanliness is great. -overall Not look like IHG Hotels.

We spent 2 nights during Ramadan 2024. It was horrible experience. I don’t understand how this hotel allowed to be part of IHG. The quality of bed and mattress is terrible. The bus shuttles to Haram is managed and organized so poorly. Only 4 buses and ton of non hotel residents gets in. You have to fight to get in and talked with the hotel staff and they just blame the driver instead of putting special teams to ensure only hotel residents get in. They weren’t willing to do anything. One time, people got tired and called the police to help. Funny thing is police weren’t able to do anything about it. I would never come back and I would never recommend it. chaos and measurable management is all what I can remember.

Most issues are with their service Rude and shameless behaviour. I have called 0 for clogged sink Also inform my floor cleaning person who’s cleaning other room. And go to Haram. My room cleaning light also On to intimate cleaning team. They are saying we cannot following this. Also no one bothered or fix sink I have stayed 10 days here They only clean your room if you call themselves In front of you. Otherwise no cleaning at all.

Room not cleaned by Room Service for 2 (Two) days. Every time you call they say yes and nobody turns up to clean your room, the room is dirty, the washrooms are not cleaned, the dustbins are full and this is not the 5 star room service expected at any Holiday Inn IHG hotel. The room service management is found doing nothing but making excuses.
