Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk

I visited the restaurant of the hotel during Ramadan to have our Iftar with high expectations but it wasn’t the best experience. Very limited menu Food wasn’t that much great compared to the price. Also there was no paper roll inside the ladies toilet. In addition to the soap dispenser wasn’t working.

#The food was fresh and delicious, especially the salad. Not many assorted hot dishes but it is good compared to the price ( 150 per person) #The service was fantastic and the restaurant was super organized and clean. Good for meetings

I recently had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk! From the moment I arrived at the reception, Mr. Waleed greeted me with a warm smile, setting a positive tone for my experience. His helpful demeanor and attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest. The restaurant also left a lasting impression with their delicious meals, and I was pleasantly when they upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite as a Diamond member. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Waleed and the entire staff for their exceptional service and hospitality. Thank you for making my stay memorable and enjoyable.

Arrived early, understanding I may need to wait to get to my room. However, upon arrival, my party was able to check in early successfully. Once my turn, I inquired about an upgrade and was informed there was one available but I would need to wait for a room. Funny thing is, after sitting for 2 hours for my upgraded room, I was placed in standard room, not upgraded. When inquiring as to why I needed to wait just to be placed in a standard room, no response was given. Additionally, upon entering my room, I discovered my wait was in vain, as my room had not been cleaned (dirt and hair in the shower, stains, rips, and misc things on the carpet, dust and misc wrappers by the TV, etc) and much to my surprise, when I picked the phone up to call to the front desk, it didn't work! I did eventually get offered an alternative room, which was filled with a smokey smell, to which I declined.

Good place to stay. Rooms are comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant at dinner was disappointing.
