the location is nice. but check-in takes 20 minutes. room service is poor. The furniture and carpets are old. In the bathroom, they use refillable containers for shampoo and body soap. You must request most services. There is no reception service. You have to carry your bags yourself to and from the car. i have attached pictures for the empty soap bottle and the old carpets.

Good services and Room was clean. Swimming also maintained well. Sea view one of the best.

This Hilton branch doesn’t set up the real example of Hilton standards. Untrained staff and unrealistic response time for reservations and room service. I once had to literally go downstairs to check why kitchen and Reciption phones weren’t being picked up. If it weren’t for the loyalty points, I’d definitely choose any other nearby hotels.

It was a great experience specially with stuff at the reception and restaurant specially Ibrahim, I will definitely stay here again. The view for the room on the side is not nice only the one that has view over to the sea side which is really nice.
