During the stay, the receptionist (he introduce as the son of the owner) was rude and not accomodating. Lack of quality of service - No costumer appeal. Although the bell boys are very nice and kind. Planned and booked for 3 night but stayed for 2 nights because of the substandard service, worst they did not even refund the one night. Worst staycation place in Khobar.

I booked this amazing hotel via Agoda for one night stay, the stay was wonderful, both the receptionist and the bell boy exceeded our expectations, friendly and welcoming. I booked an Execituve Studio King as I was traveling with my family along with a kid, the was very spacious, included a nice and a cozy bed, a kitchen with a refrigerator, hotpot, and with all kitchen utensils, clean bathroom and what else we could expect for. I would definitely recommend this place and will for sure visit again.

It’s a nice place to stay in the heart of khobar, it’s quite, the room is good (7.5/10) the staff is polite, the gets your laundry done and delivered. Overall a very good experience.
