The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and room smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! The door did not seem secure and was not evened out so bugs got in easily. No wifi connectivity! Kettle is not working.. I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting and horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY.

After reading reviews I chose this hotel but it was pathetic experience. This hotel is in a hilly area in order to reach haram it took us more than 30 minutes. Room service was very poor no one cleaned our room. The day we were leaving we asked receptionist to send someone to bring our bags down they didn’t send anyone we missed our taxi which was booked prior. I would never come back to this hotel.

Room was very dirty and smelly. The toilet and shower weren't cleaned properly. The bath towels had mysterious stains on them (I don't even want to imagine what they are). I can keep going on but I think the message is clear. Even though the hotel is close to the Haram, I would NOT recommend anyone to book a stay here as they don't care at all about hygiene

The hotels smells bad. The room is small and smells terrible. The bathrooms are so small and almost impossible for you to clean your self. Overall very poor hotel. The restaurant in the M floor ? don’t bother to go there. On top of that it’s expensive ?

Staff or management don’t care about when you report a problem in their property; I understand it’s completely normal for them and they don’t see it as if it was a problem specially something to do with shower room i.e. no curtain and no hanger. A 4 night stay and not a single time your room or toilets get cleaned, neither towels and bed sheets get replaced, tiny bin is full but no one cares,0.40miles walk from the Haram which takes around 10 minutes of walk but theres a hill to cross and theres no bus or shuttle service from the hotel. On a 120 sq yards plot they built a tall 14 floor tower where A twin bedroom is a bit small, theres no working / breakfast table or space to keep luggage for two people due to the small size of the room, so you actually cannot eat in the room, theres no restaurant in or around the hotel, theres a cafe inside the hotel which barely serves the purpose. It is clean and facilities in the room are up to a standard 2 to 3 star standard of hotels. Not really recommended!
