Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay

Had a very nice experience overall. Mr. Austine was very helpful while booking for the rooms. Everything was smooth and also the room had an amazing view. Would definetly recommend coming to Gulf Court Hotel!!!

The Positives 1. We stayed in deluxe room is quite spacious. They provide all the basic necessities you require in the room. 2. It has a nice view of Business Bay Area. 3. Washroom has a bathtub and shower both available. 4. Check in and check out process was quite quick and smooth. Team is quick on their feet to support the customer. 5. Convenient parking spots available. The Negatives 1. Breakfast was disappointing. They take time to refill the buffet and they refill small quantities. if you’ve returned to your seat when they refill, there’s a good possibility that the dish would be almost over again. 2. Quite surprising that any coffee other than regular coffee is chargeable. Not just that, when we requested for a take away cups to take our coffees, we were told we aren’t allowed to take the coffee outside the restaurant.

Had a pleasent stay in the hotel with warm welcoming from the reception team and a great service by the cleaners of the room, Will come back and recommend the hotel to all my frinds

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was nice and well-maintained. However, what truly made my experience exceptional was the service at the front desk, especially from Islam. His attentiveness and helpfulness added a special touch to my stay. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Overall good experience. Checking process was professional, informative and quick. Parking is before the entrance to the lobby. If you miss it, it can get inconvenient. Room is new and clean and decent sized.
