Green Life Hotel

I stayed at Greenlife hotel twice. The service and food were excellent, it is easier to have a holiday with children since the location is quiet and close to the sea. Especially Mehmet's attention, friendliness and sympathy are top notch. Thank you Greenlife.

From the minute we got into the rooms we were absolutely devastated. The hygiene of the rooms the ac not working there were bugs all over the room there was a swarm of mosquitos in the rooms was absolutely horrible so we didn't even sleep at night when we arrived. We then decided to book a hotel in antaliya and stay ther for the rest of our stay for the 8 nights we were here. Hotel in antaliya (prime hotel). The service given was shocking the girl in the reception didn't have a clue about anything all she kept saying is I don't know I am a student I don't know. Since we stayed awake the whole night we thought maybe the breakfast would be better but I was wrong it was horrible. There wasn't even much variety of food to choose from. The staff just stood there and stared at us whilst we was eating and they just laughed between themselves which made us feel really uncomfortable.we then returned to the green life hotel on our day to return back home as our transfer was from this hotel back to the airport I entered the rooms we had here and the rubbish was still in the bins and the hand towel I used was still laid there which comes to show they didn't even bother cleaning the rooms at all even though they promised that they would have it all clean for us everyday. I got charged £15 for Internet but this was only for one device which I belive is a con in itself. Overall experience I would definitely not recommend and would advise anyone to consider the points I have mentioned before thinking of staying here. This was my experience thought to share this with everyone. I always write positive reviews where needed and never negative as I don't wish for it to affect anyone's business but on this occasion I feel the need to mention this as I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I went through. I thought i would add some pics in there just incase they say that i never stayed here just like they did with another review i have just seen. Thanks

I have only been here 2 days and the hospitality so far has been amazing. The general manager Mehmet has gone far and beyond to ensure my partners birthday is special. I got 5 more days here and I cannot wait to update my review. Food good, staff good, room is clean, spacious and we are extremely happy. I would advise you to come here, ask for Mehmet

Manager Nihat was very interested. The food was carefully prepared and delicious, as if it were in a large restaurant. I plan to come again in the coming months

For your own sanity- don't bother! It was awful. We flew from the UK to hell on earth, aka Green Life Hotel. Dirt hell hotel would be a more accurate name. The staff are like human donkeys - depressed and overworked. The food is worse than prison. It bares repeating.. Don't bother!! We transferred after 12 hours and paid an extra £2000 to move hotels. I would have rather gone to prison for my holiday than this hotel. The hotel claimed I did not stay??... I stayed in JUNE 2023. For ONE night as it was so disgusting. Nothing fase or fake about my review. See video of noisy builders and EMPTY hotel.
