Excellent facility in an excellent location. Service not at the level of 5 star hotel. Waiting in the lobby lounge over half an hour to be served even when we told them that we want to order. Also the food at the restaurant wasn't at the level mostly a 3 star hotel. The same for the breakfast maximum rated as 3 star hotel. During breakfast it took over 45 min to empty the tables from plates left by previous clients. And last I am in the hotel 2 days now and still my room didn't fixed up. Hope better future effort because really the location and the facility worth more.

I came and stayed for a business trip, but I always encountered negative things at the facility. Room service did not clean and maintain the room for the first three days. I couldn’t barely sleep because of the dozens of mosquitoes nestled in the wardrobe. Since the hotel is outside the city, a car is required to participate in social life. Although the hotel looked quite big and beautiful, it was not a comfortable stay at all. I didn’t try the food, but the open buffet breakfast was nice. It was my first and last stay at this hotel.

I gave a negative review before, you can see it’s still in the bottom, this time I came again and I was amazed with service, all credit goes to ZYAD FO Manager. He did an amazing job to make our stay comfortable. They can’t handle high occupancy. No one will clean your room, forget cleaning, not even water will be given.

It was a very bad experience with the service that we received. We waited almost 2 and a half hours to get a room, and the room was dirty with a bad smell. Also, we had an issue with electricity in our room, and we tried to contact reception several times, but no one answered our calls.
