I was so shocked when I learned it was a 5 star hotel -will supposedly- because the service most definitely isn’t one of a 5 star hotel. I called the reception two times and no one answered and when they finally did it took them a very long time to get what I asked for so I had to call AGAIN, the balcony was dusty, the sink was clogged. The bedsheets smelled awful like they haven’t been washed, and they were flies in the room. I ordered food and was very disappointed at the pastries, I could tell they were not fresh and they tasted meh, the lamb liver was decent though.
I went to the cafe on the first floor and while I was talking to the waiter and ordering I got interrupted by a manger talking to the same waiter and telling him to do something else, I was umm excuse me ? And he just said go sit down we will get back to you later and I waited for approximately 20 minutes for a cold Redbull 💀, the manager was very rude but the waiter was nice, honestly all of the employees were not very welcoming, I was supposed to stay the whole day but after the sink and smell on the bedsheets I couldn’t sleep and I just decided to go somewhere else. I was really disappointed with my visit, they should do better as a 5 star hotel. In my opinion it’s overpriced for what they’re offering.
