The food quality and services are far below average rather poor, the management is not much cooperative, very slow response against any query. Even provision of drinking water to the rooms is highly compromised.

Worst place to live in Makkah. Dirty rooms. Very very poor room service. Even drinking water is not available in the rooms. Very harsh attitude of staff. Plz don't come to this non sense place rather place a mate on the footpath and sleep there

The worset experience ever. They gave me a card key for a room that already occupied. Then they gave me an other one that was not working. Bad management. Bad housekeeping. Bad costumer service. Bad and bad …. Do not try it pls pls pls. One star is only for location which is a bit far from Haram but within walkable distance.

By far the worst 5 star hotel i have stayed at firstly we arrived on the 9th of April which was the date we had a booked the hotel for upon arrival we was advised that we cannot check in till 5pm which was really inconvenient also food is terrible this place is definitely not 5 stars i would say its 3 stars also its 20 to 25mins away from harram walking wise which is another inconvenience so bear that in mind before booking

No room srevice. So bad wi-fi almost no wi-fi connection. Employee are good people but they can't help because the of the hotel Capabilities. Not recommened.
