It needs attention from the real estate developer to get better

Perfect location, plenty of gates with security on each gate, organized from inside. Still not very populated around only 60% occupation and there are still phases under construction. Security at the gates is not that good, sometimes you can access the compound with a car even if you're not a resident of it.

I am working there from about 3 month now the experience is nice the compound locate in a green area has facilities and club food court, international school and a new hospital under process
