فندق اناله تبوك

فندق جميل هاديء يستحق الثناء وحتى في وجود ملاحظات لا تنقص من مستوى التقييم فراحبة أهل الشمال حاضرة في كل وقت من تدخل الفندق حتى وقت المغادرة والملاحضات اللي شفتها معظمها له علاقة بإنشاء الفندق كان بالمكان تلافيها اثناء التصميم مثل تكييف ممرات الفندق الحمامات محشوره في التصميم لايوجد انسيابيه في الحركه داخل دورة المياه ومع هذا لايعيب الاقامه في الفندق ايضا عدم وجود فرش داخل الغرف لو كان متوفر كان أعطى شيء من الراحه والفخامه ملاحظه لو تم تلافيها الا وهي المخدات اشبه بما تكون بالونه لو تم تغييرها الى شيء أكثر صحية للرقبة لا انسى أن أشكر كل طاقم الفندق فردا فردا على حسن الاستقبال وتلبية الطلبات بشكل سريع والمطعم وطاقمه كلهم كانوا قمه في الذوق والاحترام والتفاني في الخدمه دمتم بود يااهل الشمال ?

I had situations that bothered me, and when I wrote my experience with all credibility, they called me and asked me to change the assessment. They told me the compensation that you want. You want to make a meal. Do you want anything? I said I don’t want anything. This is my experience and I wrote it to people. The hotel manager came back to me and said the same thing and said, “Choose what you want and choose a meal.” What suits you, and tell me the day and the number of people, and God saw my words. When I changed the evaluation, he came back and asked me to put them ten and I put ten. When he said to him, I told him I would go to dinner with my family 6 people. He said compensation for the two people who were in the room only is for the whole family, and I got upset when the words changed and I left no Dinner or anything, and this is my experience with them, and it is impossible to repeat the stay with them at all, not even ordering their restaurant at all. If the management was correct, it would have been from the beginning. They received my guest for breakfast because the mistake was from them and the problem was over since then, but my advice to anyone who writes their experience with any hotel with all credibility if he praises or Shame because this is his safety

The hotel is very cool From the first moment you enter through the gate, luxury and calm, and all the staff are very cheerful and helpful ❤❤ Ramadan buffet is wonderful and varied, the food is fresh, and the taste is really not the best. One of the best restaurants I have tried in Tabuk. I advise everyone to try it.. an exceptional experience that will be repeated, God willing. Feed Sobia the Duchess of my life

Great hotel with reasonable price and strategic location. Room was tidy and clean with new furniture and modern. Very helpful and friendly all the staff especially Mr. Mostofa and Ms. Mona. 2 time stay this hotel and planned to stay for long period soon. Only need to upgrade wifi for the whole room. Currently, wifi only available at living area but not at bedroom.
