Gross! COCKROACH IN AC. Insects on couch and tub. Black ball of dust came out from AC when I turned it on. AC button broken, can’t adjust temperature. Showed the video to receptionist, he replied” that’s not our room”. I told him to go see it himself, he refused. Check out right away. Poor service and horrible experience.

Worst hotel in customer service and restaurant management. A 100 guest were asked to add 20 SAR and we will get a buffet breakfast. 7am comes, no hot water available, water heater takes 30 minutes to boil. We asked where is coffee, replied only tea... worst is... breakfast is kubos and cheapest feta cheese with only a few hard boil eggs beside hummus.
