Worst hotel in customer service and restaurant management. A 100 guest were asked to add 20 SAR and we will get a buffet breakfast. 7am comes, no hot water available, water heater takes 30 minutes to boil. We asked where is coffee, replied only tea... worst is... breakfast is kubos and cheapest feta cheese with only a few hard boil eggs beside hummus.

All over the stay was average. There were no swimming pool or gyms for the people who are staying . But the pool and gym can be used by paying . There are no means of entertainment. The place is no suitable for kids and ladies .

The air conditioning in the children's room broke down at 4 in the morning, and the specialized engineer arrived at 12 in the afternoon The restaurant on the 9th floor is deserted. The rooms are big. And the hall is spacious. The bathrooms need to maintain their facilities. The reception is friendly and jovial but they don't have even limited powers to compensate you The administration is negligent and unresponsive and puts the reception staff in the face of the cannon
