Bad service. Upon arrival we were barred and spent a long time waiting for service fully exposed. We stayed in suite 23 and the air did not work. When it was time to leave again, more embarrassment. The attendants do not have even a shred of preparation and discretion. Very embarrassing. We've been to other motels in the chain and we've never had this kind of problem, but I won't be back at Pampulha. I do not recommend. Terrible

I'm a customer of your network and yesterday I was staying in suite 11 in the Pampulha unit! first, every problem we had with the room in relation to the equipment, the receptionist did not know how to help us and nothing was resolved, so we changed rooms (after they wanted to enter our room, completely taking away our privacy, an absurdity), in the other suite (13) we ordered a drink and food the drink came without ice extremely strong the taste of alcohol, the salad didn't come with lettuce or tomato something never happened before (it looked more like an onion salad with chicken) a fried chicken came in the salad that oozed a black fat and the onion burned in the same fat, and the salmon was impossible to swallow without any seasoning paying almost 40 reais for a salmon and it came the way it came is the end! Upset because I know the network's service and I know that the episode is not common to happen!

Wish I could give zero star. Very cheap staff not ever real one i think. We booked thrice as they denied the website price 500 to be true . And asked us to pay approx 1400 . We called the oyo executive but he didn’t helped us. They run some kind of scam may be. Property was to dirty I was not able to breathe too and the two staff there oh my God treated as if we were thieves. Don’t go for the pictures. We always read reviews before booking hotels but this time was in a hurry . And wasted our time and money arguing with the staff. But they don’t agree to any logical thing as their main motive was only to loot us

Very froad hotel. Don't go . I book room from Oyo for 2 person and I also call for check in they every time say no problem to check in at online traif amount but when I reached they collect my I'd and edit . Demand extra amount .and lastly cancel my booking to use my I'd that show myself cancelled. It's a totaly fake ..hotel.
