Good and clean place .. near to resturants .. but the staff are tuff

We prebooked on booking. Arrived and apparently they had no vacancy. Waited for an hour and was late to a meeting. They put us in a suit then asked us to go to downgrade back to a room. Wifi cannot be slower. You can to call the reception around 4 times until you get an answer. Shower did not have hot water and i froze to death. Complained about it they told me they’ll deal with it but they didnt. Worst experience in a hotel.

Super clean.. new and neat furniture.. spacious rooms with full amenities.. only problem is very small parking area and breakfast does not have alot of varieties
