Went for a work trip at Dammam and stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. The stay was excellent. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The reception staff are very nice and helpful with directions and advice on where to go for nice food nearby. Extremely grateful for staff Mahbub Alam who make up the room very nicely despite the mess I created and his happy and pleasant attitude while carrying out his work. Room service is 24/7 and limited to Indian, western and marakesh cuisine but taste is good. Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dammam.

Visiting KSA for the first time for work and this hotel was suggest by a coworker. Staff was friendly, attentive, welcoming. Diverse and delicious breakfast and dinner options provided in-house. Ibrahim the night manager was particularly helpful for me when I first arrived. Would definitely stay again.

Over its very nice hotel located in the heart of Khobar area . Spacious rooms, keeping it near and clean Checkin process was smooth.. service was not bad .. room service guys are not picking their phones often.. They have nice restaurants in M floor .. parking also available in basement Surrounded by lot of local restaurants and shops ., over all the stay was good

Ive stayed here many times, its starting to show its age, but the service is good. The buffet is expensive and the food varies widely with quality and choice, one day its good and then the next, the chicken, beef and lamb are dry and very tough. Overall a good value, but still recommended checking out others in AlKhobar

Very unlike a Crown Plaza. Coffee shop is unattended- you repeatedly need to request the reception counter to send someone to attend to you. Reception counter is very under attended. Just one person. No lobby manager On the whole - a very mediocre experience. Probably should have been better to opt for a Grand Hyatt or Sheraton. Surely will avoid staying here in future.
