I had a fantastic stay at Crown Tower Hotel Al Jubail! The service was impeccable, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the evening housekeeping service was great. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jubail.

This is probably the best service hotel in jubail in my opinion. Though it was fully packed during the Eid but this hotel always exceeds my expectations. The employees here are very friendly indeed. My special gratitude goes to both Ms. Fatima and Mr. Ahmed in the front office & restaurant as they have always been hospitable and very helpful in attending to all our needs. My kids loved the happy hour with cartoon characters and movies Thank you again

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and lovely breakfast . Rooms are very spacious and kept so clean. Housekeeping staff top class especially Rehan who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely would love to return some day to experience it again.

Unfortunately, my stay at Crown Palace Hotel in Jubail was incredibly disappointing. After arriving, I waited an unacceptable 4 hours for my room, only to find there were no towels provided. Attempts to contact reception went unanswered for 10 minutes, and when I finally reached them, they were unhelpful. Housekeeping promised towels but never delivered, leaving me waiting for 2 hours at night. Reception's excuse for the towel shortage was the broken washer and dryer, adding to the frustration. The lack of communication, poor service, and maintenance issues made for an unpleasant stay.

Very worst ... its not like a 5 star hotel.. they didn't provide facilities what they mentioned...no swimming pool, no play area, no gym.. need to pay for breakfast.. here 5 star reviews are given by their own staffs
