I will not talk about cleanliness, comfort, and price because these matters are subject to discussion and are not stable. It can improve and it can get worse. But I'm talking about a hotel employee Receptionist, Ms. Shahad, To be honest, she deserves thanks and support for her good treatment, kindness, and service to the guests. These matters are my responsibility, and I said the truth. We ask God for success and prosperity for her and the rest of her colleagues.

The hotel itself is ok for one or two nights. The lobby is a bit old but clean & staff are friendly. Room was also a bit old but spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. The restaurant on the first floor has buffet breakfast for 35 SAR. The downside is there is construction near the hotel so there is some noise of digging starting at 6am! And the nearby area at night is a bit dark.

respectful staff, good services and cozy hotel, you may have some issues in the breakfast they take long time to check if your reservation includes breakfast or not

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff at the reception is kind and ready to help. The rooms are pretty nice and you have everything you need inside (fridge, kettle, toiletries). Good value for money. We stayed 4 days in this hotel and the room service never came to clean up the room. After 3 days we had to ask for them to come, which is not normal. Also, it was Ramadan and the breakfast selection they brought to our room was very poor.
