Frankly, a chalet is at the top of taste, calm and serenity, and God willing, I will deal with them as long as not the last time..a chalet worth a visit..the location, handling and cleanliness. I rate them 10/10

They helped us find a place to sleep when the whole of Al Baha was fully booked. Very grateful to the two key people there. Clean rooms with a great view. If they clean up the windows and add some playgrounds and swimming pools for children. This would be a great place to be.

Beautiful view point from the room balcony was the only plus point.. Room was not at all clean .. full of dust.... bathrooms were also very dirty.... but the room was renovated one... and big rooms enough for 2 families.... but there are no curtains for us to have peaceful sleep... no shops or food shop near the hotel... you have to go down the slope to buy everything which us very difficult during fog time... receptionist was good and polite but the cleaners were very lazy and doesn't want to work at all... there is no lift to reach upper floors. you have to lift all your belongings urself no one will come and help u... the thing is we have to adjust with the room materials which is used by the previous customers which is very dangerous in this pandemic situation but we have no other option during this peak time none of hotels were free....
