I stayed in room 815 for over 2 months. Best hotel I'd say in terms of everything. The location and staff service is brilliant. The dining is perfect with a brilliant individual named Mr. Amgad who made me and my family feel like home. Celebrated our 2 year old daughter's birthday in breakfast. My little one loved him. And the view from the room is pristine. Thank you for the great memories

Fabulous hotel, and excellent staff who provide quick and timely service. An honourable mention is Mr Anamul, the cleaner, whom I always found to be diligent, courteous and efficient. Great hotel that I highly recommend to visitors.

I am currently staying at Rotana Centro, Waha and feel comfortable and safe. I've had In-Room dining once and the service was very quick and the food quality was great. The usual housekeeper (Babu - 4th Floor) has done an excellent job with cleaning my room on a daily basis. The Reception staff have been very efficient as have the Concierge. Thank you.

I had to stay for a few days in centro for bussiness . I have been using and my girls a few times and can see it is improving all the time nice view specially at night , recepionisys very nice and helpful , room services and cleaning remarkable the supervisor mr sayed an mr anamul quite cheerful and helpful . I will come again and recommend to others .

I have stayed in this hotel last time. And i appreciated a lot, now i came back also for my stay. I advised my to book in this hotel next timw and they appreciated a lot. The restaurant is very nice, the services are top. A big thanks for Mr Amjad as well for his kindness.
