Excellent hotel, great location, and reception. The suite room is spacious and clean, but only the bed is a little stiff for me.

Excellent service. Staff at front desk are very kind and always ready to assist with a smile. Rooms are very clean and neat. Staff that clean the rooms are friendly and humble and treat you with the utmost respect. A very special thanks to Iqbal who came to tidy up my room. Very friendly and always smiling and very respectful. Thanks to all the staff at Centro including the staff at dining area.

If you are allergic to smoke or a non smoker don't come near this hotel. In fact the rooms smell is very bad as it seems the sanitary system may be faulty. This may be why they keep spraying freshners which makes it even worse for allergic people. And when I asked to change the room Abdulrahman said he doesn't have vacant rooms although another guest came later and was given choice of rooms

The team here has been nothing short of amazing. Being in a rather unusual perdicament and having initially lost my passport, the team here has demonstrated a great level of hospitability and supported me in trying to find it back, as well as get back home soon. Everyone in the team including Suhail, Mohammed, Saiful, Abdul Motaleb, Parvez and Anas has done a fantastic job in making my stay extremely comfortable. From smiling everytime I see them, to ensuring my room is kept pristine, and simply asking how I am doing. So I would highly recommend anyone who visits Jeddah, to book some time here and stay here for a few nights. And all of this is before I even get round to describing how amazing the hotel is ?.

Stayed here for 4 days. Room service staff - Salahuddin was excellent, helpful and kept my room clean Reception staff speaks English quite well and provided advise on shopping. Gym and pool are quite good. Food options are good during breakfast and limited in lunch. The study table in my room would have been good. Would recommend anyone to stay here for vacation or business reasons
