Centro Corniche Al Khobar by Rotana

Hotel well located in one of the main streets parallel to the corniche, which is a great area to walk/run in the morning and after sunset. Very nice breakfast with assorted sliced fruit, egg station , foul damames etc. Morning service manager is very kind. Efficient service. At the rooms: shower is excellent and bed is very comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and enjoyed great location. Staff were nice. However, room sound insulation is not good and WiFi is very poor. I can clearly hear the snoring of other guest in the adjacent room..!!

I enjoyed the stay while I'm here for 2 weeks. You won't find any negatives at your stay and in restaurant. I've luckily met Rajesh, who is helping here and there for my requirements. Thanks to Sultan at the reception for helping me at the time of checking in. Good staffs Good services

Additionally, the dine-in restaurant surpassed my expectations with their delicious meals, and the breakfast offerings were simply delightful. Thank you to the entire team for ensuring a wonderful stay. The view from the room was nothing short of spectacular. We came here twice this month and no doubt that I’ll come again!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I came back to the room to be a horrible surprise that the housekeeping team did not change the bed cover rather they just flipped it ( I usually mark it to make sure it's changed) The towels returned the same on the shelf (the used one) the room is not cleaned at all. The reception team were unprofessional as well, they did not entertain my request to clean the room immediately ( considering it's 10.30 at night and I came back dead exhausted from work)... Their response time is horrible and they treated me really bad, they told. Me to. Wait not less than ten minutes ( after I waited half an hour) to. Only clean my room and change the covers) I tried to reached the shift manager without any response... I swear if it's in my hands I would rate it minus 4 starts... God knows who accepted this establishment as a 4 stars. Definitely not coming back... And I will for sure post the picture in each and every platform there is to let people know how bad this experience is. They did not even apologize.. Omg...
