We had an awesome stay at Castello Infity. Exceeded all our expectations. The staff is very helpful and amazing. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and the location of the hotel is perfect.

We have just finished our two weeks stay at Castello Infinity Suites. We elected to take advantage of the half-board option that provides breakfast and dinner. The welcome was warm and friendly and we were shown to a beautiful, well-appointed room. The first impression was one of very high quality and it contained all the amenities you may wish for on a holiday in Crete. Particularly welcome was the coffee machine for those early mornings! Spacious and amply cooled by the efficient air conditioning, this is a very elegant space to stay at for a vacation. Dinner was simply superb, consistently. The restaurant has a significant choice across the menus and offers dishes for everyone. The quality of the food is sublime and presented extremely well (see pictures below). We did not drink a great deal of wine in the restaurant but what we did have was perfectly paired with the dishes (thanks Nikolas!). For example, the Cretan Merlot with the striploin was superb. The dry Cretan white wine was absolutely delicious as well. The stand-out feature of this hotel however must surely be the amazing staff. Without exception, they were all incredibly helpful, courteous, efficient and willing to go the extra mile, always. It is hard to single out individuals, but Giorgos and Bella have assembled a first-class team including Antonia on reception who was always so helpful; Luba, Lena in the restaurant always happy to help. Janny, in charge of the bar, was always great fun. Were there any issues? No. There were one or two specific items we needed help with and Bella instantly fixed these with no fuss or delay. Nothing was too much trouble and we both left the hotel with the absolute certainty that we will definitely return to this fabulous hotel at Agia Pelagia. Tim and Ivana

Castello Infinity Suites is an absolute gem of a hotel. We stayed here for 10 days, and from the moment my wife and I stepped into our suite, we knew that we were in for a treat. The rooms are impeccably decorated and very spacious. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. We loved being so close to the beach and being able to take walks on the shores. The hotel's facilities are great, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. But what really sets Castello Infinity Suites apart is the staff. We were blown away by their level of professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness. From the cleaning team to the people working in the restaurant and the manager, every single person we encountered was exceptional. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. A special shout-out to Lina, working at the restaurant, who made sure we started off every day with a smile!
