Unfortunately this hotel is slowly dying, It’s not what it used to be just a few years ago.
Stayed for 2 nights, In both rooms we stayed in the furniture was worn out and the carpet was dirty even though these are “deluxe recently renovated rooms”.
No valet parking no bellboy, room service is not available during dinner due to “staff shortage”. ( you have to call many times for them to answer )
I asked for an electric adapter the first night they refused to send me one the next day I asked someone else he provide me with 2
All the old mangers and staff members aren’t there anymore,
the current staff have difficulty in anything you request even if you forget/lose your room key/card. ( they don’t provide you with a new one, they send you someone to open with the master key).
Breakfast was a big joke, the Lebanese restaurant was just acceptable.
I reserved one of the ballrooms for an event. (the service was non existent they provided 1 employee to serve 300 ++ people. Fortunately his manager came down to help him towards the end)
This hotel has all the potential to strive but unfortunately is failing to do so.
