Honest review.: As a international guest on a business trip and this room reservation was done by my company. I was staying in room 104, where WiFi signals were not coming at all. The electronic key card did not work somes time I have to bend the card in order to open the door. At the time of check out they said I have used they food items which I clearly did not touch at all. I wish they can improve their services better. I won't recommend this hotel.

1. 1st day 5/4, my bathroom doesn't have towel, I call the counter twice then he sent it to me. 2. 2nd day 5/5, my room wasn't clean yet (I activate the "please clean my room' light when I left this morning) 3. 2nd day 5/5, my door card isn't working 4. 2nd day 5/5, room wasn't clean so I don't have the complimentary water, I called the counter twice, the water isn't sent to me 5. 2nd day 5/5, the shower water is not hot enough the experience is so bad.

It brings me great pleasure to wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I must emphasize the incredible staff, particularly Shabeeb, whose genuine warmth and attentiveness added a special touch to my stay. The spacious, impeccably clean rooms were a delight, but it was Shabeeb's exceptional friendliness and unwavering helpfulness that truly made my experience unforgettable. His positive attitude and genuine care for guests truly set this hotel apart. With its convenient location and remarkable service, I am eagerly counting down the days until my next visit.

Stayed here for a month for business, Would not stay again, room continually smelt of cigarette smoke, the gym has 3 pieces of equipment that don’t work, Breakfast is awful. Cold meats/dried out fruit that looks like it has just been refrigerated from day before. The WiFi/internet is not existent. TVs are old style so you cannot even watch Netflix or similar, extremely rude gentlemen who always wears a mask on desk. Can stay in radisson or holiday inn for near on the same cost and ten times better. Do not stay here.
