Bhadur Resort Jeddah

Pathetic customer service. I booked two nights through a third party site, fully paid and I called the reception and the staff confirmed my booking and full paid. However upon reaching the hotel at 06pm, the staff says there is no booking under my name and the booking is cancelled. He made me sit in the lobby for 45mts and for 30mts or more he went to the washroom, and I was made sitting. I doubt the quality and professionalism of the staff at the reception and reservation. Finally got my room after 45mts and the room has a weird smell, like old room or some sort of bad smell. The very next day I had a friend visiting me so i told him to come inside the resort but they stopped him at the reception and told me to pay 100sr for his visit. He then bargained with me and we agreed on 30sr. I am sure if there was an actual visitor fee it would not have been negotiable. Anyways won't book here again. The staff is very rude and mannerless.

Wow, fabulous place...its my second time here but still amazing..... and wonderful place. Good facilities and good house keeping.

I have been their several time along with friends and family. Enjoying being here and a lot of entertainment for kids.

Amazing facility of scuba diving There must b air coolers there in summer seasons

Good for diving and catching up with buddies. Can be crowded at times both above and below sea. Still a good place to lose yourself underwater
