مكان رائع جدا وممتاز ومريح واستقبال عظيم من جميع من في المكان جزاهم الله خيرا ومن اعظم ما تجده في هذه الشقق ان مالك الشقق بنفسه تجده المشرف على المكان ومتواجد دوما في كل حين الاستاذ حسن الشهري ابو باسل ومعه ولده باسل يعمل بجد واخلاص وكذلك ما لاحظته انا واكتب عن تجربتي الشخصية ان جميع العاملين في المكان متعاونين ولطيفين وبشوشين هذا ما رأيته ولمسته والسرر مريحة في النوم كثيرا ويوجد في المكان في الدور السادس مقهى على الهواء الطلق مع مطل عظيم على الجبل والحديقة الجميلة .. انا مستمتع بإقامتي في هذا المكان ومن العدل ان اكتب عن كل ما اعجبني وامتعني .. قد يكون هناك ملاحظات وهذا من طبع الكون والكمال للع سبحانه ... انا فقط احب اكتب عن الجميل فقط .. من واجبنا نشجع كل ابداع .. شكرا جزيلا لكم في شقق الازد بارك الله فيكم وزادكم نجاحا ونورا وبركة والحمد لله رب العالمين

رائع جداً وفي قمة النظافة والرقي ومالك الفندق انسان محترم وخلوق ويتعامل مع العملاء بغاية اللطف و متواجد فيه ويتابع كل التفاصيل بدقة

A wonderful and very distinguished hotel, with top cleanliness and arrangement, services available 24 hours, and the reception is very professional, whether upon entry or exit or during stay, and there is attention to the smallest details. The hotel also provided free coffee and sweets in the lobby during Eid days, and this is a good gesture. And they are thankful for it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and God willing, it will be my first choice when I visit the city of Tanouma, because it is really special, and I found in it - with my family and children - comfort and contentment.
