Nice and convenient business hotel in the heart of Olaya. Decent rooms with good service staff. Hassle free check ins and check outs, responsive house keeping with a positive vibe. The breakfast offering is good with a decent fare of arabic and continental dishes along with some nice fruits and pastries. The restaurant on the mezzanine level also serves lunch and breakfast and there's a nice cafe on the ground floor. There's Good wifi coverage with decent speeds throughout the hotel. There are a few things that could improve. When you dial from the room for any of the services (reception, house keeping etc), the phone doesn't connect till the initial ringtone ends, only when the ringtone changes after about a minute, does the phone connect to the other end. They have an international airport pick up but the car guy won't wait for you to pick up a sim or forex at the airport. The shower area floor doesn't drain completely in a few of the rooms, something to do with the workmanship.

Management and the staffs we're cooperative and professional, specially Mr.Sufiyan was much more efficient,clean and nice atmosphere inside the hotel,love to visit again...

We came for a training here and everything was organize, special thank to the chef Amjad for the tasty food .
