A wonderful experience! The service is top notch, reception responds requests really fast and are really helpful, whenever we needed something, someone was sent within 2 minutes. Welcome delicacies provided with the rooms were lovely. The suites are spacious and comfortable for a stay in with family, the view from rooms is beautiful too. The in room dining service options are cheaper than other places and the taste is delicious. Hermes amenities are provided throughout the suite, which are a nice add on of course. One thing we did not like was there was no hand shower in the washrooms and the water bottles provided were all ones needed to be opened with a can opener, it gets annoying when in a rush to drink water. Check in and check out is a bit slow as well. Other than that the overall experience was lovely and definitely worth it and well deserving of five stars. Will come again

The worst hotel I ever put the feet, nobody's speaking English, room are too noisy, road is just beside, free parking is a nightmare to park, breakfast food looks like days here! And worst of it, when you want to manage your booking to be shorter, they refused, you have to call police! What a freak! I really don't recommend
