Lovely hotel. Very spacious lounges to relax downstairs. Very neat and clean. Lovely shop to purchase small food items.

I can say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If we turn on the air conditioner, we freeze, if we don't, we burn. internet does not work, I had to use my own internet all the time. I don't even want to talk about restaurants, I don't stop by anymore, the same meals every day, no fruit served. There is hardly any drink other than water. It would be better if there is no laundry pattern, it does not have any contribution.

this hotel is very good room service, restaurant food items is good, cleaning service is good, more then last 4 month i am worked here there management system is very good

I went in Ramadan Room is nice. Wifi is available Restaurants are available beside the hotel which was something good as well. Reception staff is nice. There are buses to Haram easily accessible except at the return from tarawih prayer, it was difficult to access them due to congestion. I haven't seen room service nor did anyone clean my room within my 4 days stay but for me this wasn't an issue.
