The worst hotel receptionist i have ever face. They let me to standing for 15 minutes and grup of lady only watcing youtube at back office. If i can give minus 10 they deserve to get that. No one take care refeptionist and they not even appology for their mistake.

Worst hotel experience !! Staff too slow for check-in Dirty rooms with humidity in walls makes it hard to breath !!! Broken sink and bath ! Once you shower all the dirt comes out, makes you wanna throw up! We asked to change the room, only to get worst with cockroaches !!! The buffet for Iftar and Sehour is limited but acceptable (they put their staff at the grill to make sure you don’t get more than 2 skewers. The staff is rude. I do NOT recommend at all !

When i writing im still stay at this hotel, report Air Con not fuction to receptionist i think dont understand others languange, is hot inside the room. Report around 00:15 until i post this 01:14 am no response. Room is fine, no daily pick up trash, no change towels. But food is good.

Pros: Very close to masjid al-haram. Food Alhamdulillah not bad Cons : Lift takes forever,forcing people to take the stairs instead ,bearing in mind this place has as many as 17 floors. Room space very cramped. Booked 3 beded but hotel gives 2 beded room and added 1 single bed. Key cards for the rooms don’t work. The room service is non existent. Aircond not function well. Wouldn’t recommend,especially for the elderly due to the lift issue

Pros : Very close to masjid al-haram. Food is pretty good. Cons : (Literally everything else) Lift takes forever,forcing people to take the stairs instead ,bearing in mind this place has as many as 17 floors. Key cards for the rooms don’t work. The service is non existent. The sink I was using leaking which was causing a massive slip hazard. Wouldn’t recommend,especially for the elderly due to the lift issue .
